Zagel AI provides an AI-powered e-commerce chatbot platform that includes: - Intelligent product recommendations using RAG technology - Real-time chat widgets for customer engagement - Product catalog management and vector indexing - Analytics dashboards and performance insights - Booking and order management capabilities - Webhook integrations and API access We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to: - Provide accurate and complete registration information - Maintain the security of your password and API keys - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access - Accept responsibility for all activities under your account You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You agree not to use the platform to: - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content - Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems - Use the AI capabilities for generating spam or misleading content - Exceed rate limits or abuse API access - Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to: - Collection and processing of usage data for service improvement - AI processing of product catalogs for vector indexing - Storage of conversation data for analytics purposes - Use of anonymized, aggregated data for platform optimization All data processing complies with applicable data protection regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zagel AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination: - Your right to use the service will cease immediately - We may delete your account data after a 30-day grace period - Any outstanding fees will remain payable - Provisions that by nature should survive will continue in effect

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by law.
