Prerequisites
Active Salla Store
You need an active Salla e-commerce store with products listed.
Zagel AI Account
A Zagel AI account with an active subscription plan.
Step-by-Step Setup Guide
Go to Settings
Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your Zagel AI dashboard.
Click "Connect Salla Store"
Find the Salla integration card and click the connect button to begin.
Authorize on Salla
You'll be redirected to Salla's authorization page. Log in with your Salla account.
Grant Permissions
Review and approve the required permissions. Zagel needs access to your products, orders, and webhooks.
Automatic Sync Begins
Once authorized, you'll be redirected back to Zagel. Your products and orders will start syncing automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often does data sync?
Initial sync happens immediately after connecting. After that, all changes are synced in real-time via Salla webhooks. You can also trigger a manual sync from your dashboard at any time.
Can I disconnect my Salla store?
Yes, you can disconnect at any time from Settings > Integrations. Your existing data will remain in Zagel, but no new updates will be synced.
Does it support multiple Salla stores?
Each Zagel workspace connects to one Salla store. If you have multiple stores, create separate Zagel workspaces for each one.
What permissions does Zagel need?
Zagel requests read access to your products and orders, and webhook registration access to receive real-time updates. We never modify your Salla store data.
Will it affect my store performance?
No. Zagel uses Salla's official API and webhooks. The integration has zero impact on your store's speed or performance.
